It is common knowledge that Cambridge International is a Premier qualification for entry into University. There is however another element - the ability to develop higher order thinking by following the Cambridge methodology from earlier on in the student life cycle. Higher order thinking, flexibility and creativity, as taught by Cambridge, are skills demanded for all careers and work opportunities in the 4th Industrial Revolution in which we find ourselves. Ivy Academy offers this journey for learners aged 13-15 at Cambridge Lower Secondary level (Grade 7-9 CAPS), through to Cambridge IGCSE® and Cambridge AS level (Grade 12) and A level (Grade 13).
Ivy Academy is a registered Cambridge Associate. We offer Cambridge programmes online. Our students take Cambridge exams at approved test venues or through registered Cambridge International Schools.
The Ivy Academy methodology allows for students to take advantage of these offerings in multiple formats – either through their school (where the school works in conjunction with Ivy Academy) in offering the Cambridge Lower Secondary, whilst offering CAPS. Alternatively, the student may register directly with Ivy Academy for the Cambridge Lower Secondary course.

Our learners DO while they LEARN, an outcome that is endorsed by Cambridge International. The Ivy Academy methodology allows for students to take advantage of these offerings in multiple formats – either through their school (where the school works in conjunction with Ivy Academy) in offering the Lower Secondary course, whilst simultaneously offering CAPS. Alternatively, the student may register directly with Ivy Academy for the Cambridge Lower Secondary course. Statistics show that South Africa has ranked very low with respect to international rankings in terms of math and science. In offering Cambridge we aim to enable students to firstly raise their standard of tuition and secondly enable the student to be able to measure his or her ability against world class standards.
